Monday–Friday: 5am – 9pm
Saturday: 7am – 5pm
Sunday: 1pm – 6pm
Hours subject to change due to banquets/tournaments.
There are two separate large strength and fitness rooms, each over 4,000 square feet in size featuring varied types of fitness equipment including treadmills, elliptical machines, bikes, row machines, multi-purpose fitness stations, heavy free weights, dumbbell racks, competition and power lifting racks, battle ropes, and various other strength and fitness equipment.
Another large room has been primarily designed to accommodate more repetitive agility type training to include all types of fitness and aerobics classes, cheerleading, dance, martial arts, and wrestling.
The facility is highlighted by a bronze statue waterfall in the lobby, separate men’s and women’s sauna rooms, and an interactive virtual golf simulator room and archery room. Other features of the facility include, complete locker and shower room areas, a commercially designed kitchen and dining area, and a business conference room. The facility has free public wi-fi and is equipped with state-of-the-art sound and video systems throughout the entire building.
The Body & Soul Community center is managed and operated by the McVeytown Community Local Mission Service Foundation (a Christian based non-profit organization), and made available to the general public through paid memberships fees, as well as rentals from sporting and community events, banquets, parties, wedding receptions, and the use of the virtual golf simulator, archery and business conference rooms.
